Facilities

VLM is ideally situated for long-term stable operation. We are located in the Midwest, skilled labor is plentiful, wages are reasonable and infrastructure costs are low, and we enjoy both room for expansion and low overhead.

Our computer facilities are entirely under our control, with redundant capacity -- duplicates of all servers, printers, and sorting machines.

All servers are protected by battery uninterruptible power sources. Every day we backup all data off-site. We have never lost customer data, and our procedures guarantee that we will not.

We are also prevented from power grid failures by our gas-powered generator, which we run every week to make sure it is in tip-top shape.
